Internship:
Trimarc offers part-time employment to university level students
as an introduction to business and marketing. The student will
become familiar with general aspects of the industry, our sales
effort and will also interface with our finance and administration
departments. If there is mutual interest, upon graduation from
college, the intern will be eligible for full time employment
in one of our departments. This is a paid position with hourly
pay plus some incentive pay (if applicabledepending on
the area of employment).
Account Executive:
This is a full-time, entry-level position that will expose the
employee to sales, finance, credit and marketing. After initial
training, the Account Executive markets our services to executives
of medium to large size corporations. Successful Account Executives
can move into a Senior Account Executive position and sales
management. The compensation package consists of a base salary,
commission on completed transactions, and bonuses paid through
sales contests and/or achieved company performance goals. After
an eligibility period, this employee can participate in a contributory
comprehensive health and dental plan. Ten days of paid vacation
are also provided on an accrual basis.
Senior Account Executive:
The Senior Account Executive position is for individuals with
prior experience in equipment leasing (internal or external),
a proven track record in sales, and the ability to generate
a significant amount of business. The compensation consists
of a base salary, commission on completed transactions, bonuses
paid through sales contests and/or achieved company performance
goals, overrides on direct reports, and a monthly car allowance.
At this level, the employee can start building a strategic sales
team. After an eligibility period (not applicable if level achieved
through promotion), this employee can participate in a contributory
comprehensive health and dental plan. Up to fifteen days of
paid vacation are also provided on an accrual basis.
Sales Manager:
The Sales Manager has extensive knowledge of our industry and/or
a proven track record in sales and sales management. This person
will oversee a team of Account Executives and Senior Account
Executives and will monitor the teams effort, directing it in
order to meet established objectives. The compensation for this
position is based on individual and group productivity, and
is comprised of a base salary, commission on completed transactions,
overrides on team members, bonuses from contests and achieved
company performance goals, and a monthly car allowance. After
an eligibility period (not applicable if level achieved through
promotion), this employee can participate in a contributory
comprehensive health and dental plan. Fifteen days of paid vacation
are also provided on an accrual basis.
